Securityguru takes requests for clear view fencing and electric fencing in Johannesburg and Pretoria. You send your suburb and what you need, we phone to talk it through, and you confirm a price before anything is booked. The guides on this site name their sources, so you can check every figure yourself.
What we do
We deal with two kinds of boundary job:
- Clear view fencing. Welded mesh panels, posts and gates for houses, estates, smallholdings and yards. Start at the clear view fencing page.
- Electric fencing. New installations and repairs, with the electric fence certificate explained up front. See installation and repairs.
We work in Johannesburg and Pretoria. Those two pages are written separately because the jobs in each are different.
How a request works
- You send a short request or call 060 086 9889.
- We phone you back and ask about length, height, gates and access.
- You agree the price first, and only then is anything booked.
- We agree a day with you.
Requests are free and carry no obligation to go ahead.
How we write the guides
Fencing prices are easy to find and hard to compare. So on this site:
- Every price names its source and date. If we could not open a source, the figure is left out.
- We say when a figure excludes VAT, and when the source does not say.
- We describe features, not outcomes. We say what a mesh grade is, not what it will stop.
- Legal points are stated as plain facts with their source, such as who may issue an electric fence certificate.
- Where sources disagree, we show both.
